Career paths

Career paths are an essential part of the Talent module of Dialog. With this tool, your organization can map out what an employee wants and/or can do, and what the organization needs now or in the future. Dialog then helps you make a match between the two.


Qualities are innate characteristics that employees can further develop. Skills are specific activities that belong to a certain function or role and that can be learned. Dialog helps you map out the development of both.

Dialog enables succession planning. This is the (long-term) process where your organization anticipates the departure of employees in key positions. This is done by preparing other talented colleagues for a possible succession.
